We
have occasionally carried out projects outwith the life science sector as
the result of personal requests. These have often arisen from senior
individuals who have been taught by Alan Williams in one of the
MBA programmes
in which he has lectured for many years.

Created and delivered a management development programme for the senior managers of a regional brewing and pub management company.
Developed and delivered a Team Development programme for the senior

We

products carrying out a series of assignments ranging from finding
potential long-term strategic investors, advising on the merits of a
corporate acquisition, assisting in finding a CFO for the business and

top management.
A leading management consultancy asked us to represent it in project planning in countries as diverse as Latvia, Lithuania, Russia and Jordan, where it did not yet have a presence, and to liaise with local principals.

sales force for a multinational company's UK launch. This led to the
company achieving a most ambitious target in which its first year market
